Resistivity Granite

We are intensively using the 48 Electrodes of MAE Resistivity and IP Meter X612 Italian made for studying rocks resistivity and chargeability. We were applied in the several explorations for examples landslide, ground water, archaeology, civil engineering and construction, coal sub-crop, mining and mineral study. The following are some results of resistivity and chargeability section.

Resistivity section along 2.25 km of airport runway in Samarinda-East Kalimantan Province. The profile showing dominant of clay with some high resistivity anomalies that correlates to the subsidence area in the runway.

3D Resistivity that showing high resistivity value at the distance about 80 meter. The anomaly associated with the groundwater that causes the taxiway frequently stops operating due to the subsidence.

3D Fences of Resistivity of the granite exploration for quarry delineation. The following picture showing the prediction volume based on the high resistivity values that interpret as granite.
